It didn't work for me

I bought this headset in 2023 and none of the published solutions work at all. Windows either recognises the microhone OR the headphone part of this headset. Even in terms of device adapters it never shows you both. Which makes sense since this headset is constructed in a way that the microphone is connected to the headset via a 3 pin jack instead of being integrated into the headset casing. This means the disconnectable microphone is not recognised as a device. Why on earth would Windows recognise it as a device if you plug it back on the headset? Jack is a purely analog comm protocol. Conclusion: AVOID HYPERX, PEOPLE! This entire brand is a bigger fraud than Nicola Motors was back then.

My problem is C drive does not show any dir. Instead Windows is on d drive. I don't think I should do the second method of doing the config command on drive right? So how to I point or move windows back on c drive? And then follow though with your command

What password is it asking for? I typed in the passwords I think that would work but it keeps telling me I’m wrong. I figured it would’ve been my microsoft account so I went ahead and reset that but it still wont work. I tried clicking continue since I again figured “maybe I just didn’t make one” and it still won’t work. I only have 3 different passwords I use and none of them work and I might be worried my dumbass might’ve put a password I can’t remember. So how do I reset the password? Or is there an alternative solution without the password?
